She now applies these same skills - once used to pair professionals with the right careers - to pairing people with the right partners. Her approach blends empathy, intuition, and strategy, ensuring that every client feels seen, supported, and set up for success in their search for love.

Krissy Froncillo

Co-Founder

With over a decade of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, Krissy has built her career matching the right candidates with the right companies. Now, she's channeling that same passion for connection into helping people find love.

Married to her high school sweetheart, Krissy has always been in love with love. She's an ordained minister who has officiated more than ten weddings, and a Pennsylvania-licensed real estate agent who helps clients find their perfect match in a home. Whether it's a career move, a dream house, or a lifelong partner, Krissy has built her life around creating the right connections.

Krissy believes there is so much more to people than what an app can capture - and she's determined to bring back real, human connection.
